Wenzhou Zhaoflon Co.,ltd was founded in March,1994,located in 9 Pudong Road(E),Ouhai Guoxi Pudong Industry zone(old factory),and Shanxi industry park,Ouhai economic & Technology development zone(new factory).we specialized in research,design,manufacture, sales and installation of Fluoroplastic and Engineer plastic （PTFE、FEP、PFA、PVDF、ETFE、ECTFE、PP、PE、PVC、PO etc）lined anticorrosive products(lined and coated equipment,vessel,pipes, fittings,hose,expansion joint,gasket,pump and valves etc.).our company included several workshops which are Metalwork,Winding,Plastic etc.and some administration depts. Which are sales,Purchase,technique,production,quality,office, Financial etc.with excellent production facilities, complete test measures, our capacity is very strong. At this time, we are one of the biggest professional manufacturer and researcher of Fluoroplastic lined anticorrosive products, as well one of designated enterprises of Chinese chemical industry dept. and Chinese petrochemical. Zhaoflon own technology essence and experience of over 50 years’ experiences. as early as 1950’s, the founder of Zhaoflon began the research work of the application of fluoroplastic.Our products are mainly Polytertrafluoroethylene (ordinarily called PTFE) lined anticorrosion products. PTFE is one of the most corrosion-resistant materials in the world. However it has defects such as the hot expansion and cold contraction rate is10 times larger than that of steel and the original cold fluidity (creeping) etc. Therefore, as temperature increases, PTFE extends so excessively that it would collapse and then block the flow of media; as temperature decreases, PTFE contracts so excessively that it would be ripped and then cause leakage. After a long-term research, we introduced metal-mesh into PTFE thin lining with a particular technology, which enables it not to free expand or contract with the variation of temperature, improve its pressure and vacuum resistance capacity. Then new products lined with metal-meshed PTFE have service life more than ten times of the old like product, which can serve steadily for long term in strong corrosive chemical media and under 250°C.

Our technology has been approved to have the patents in China, U.S.A. and 16 European Countries. With this technology, we have also won National Patent Prize in China, Honor Prize from SDPC of China, Gold Medal from the2nd International Patent Exposition, Special Prize from the 4th Beijing International Antiseptic Technology Exposition, Gold Medal from 14th New York International Invention Exposition, and Gold Medal from 38th Eureka International Invention Exposition. The king of Belgium awarded Mr. Zhao Yonggao, our president, with Medal of Knight to praise him for his great contribution to the development of science and technology in the world.
