1、Brief introduction of FRP、PP/FRP,PVC/FRP pipe roperty and cteristics |
FRP pipe means Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic pipe,whose basic composition are compound resins such as resinox,epoxy,polyester,furan etc,Fiberglass as reinforced material,production craft is through mechanical winding.FRP pipe has characteristics oflight weight,high strength,good resistance to corrosion,easy design,low resistance to fluid,easy installation and etc. PP/FRP,PE/FRp,PVC/FRP pipe are FRP pipe lined with PP,PE,PVC respectively the liner surface is specially processed,applied with adhesives,FRP is winded outside on liner surface.These compound pipes have both material's characteristics,overcoming the defect of low resisting pressure of PP,PE,PVC pipe,possessing many merits such as good resistance to corrosion,high pressure resistance,easy design,good anti-compact,low resistance metallurgical,pharmaceutical,oil field,mchanical industrid…
