For big size products, we supply chargeable site service include installation, consultation etc.

Service Efficiency: if problems happened during guarantee period, we will dispatch our engineer to work site immediately after receive information from client.

Service Principle: generally Guarantee period is 12 months, during this period, we will repair or change parts which really has quality problems free of charge. out of this period, we will only charge production cost for changed parts. for problems caused by client themselves, we will also charge production cost to repair or change parts,.
